ReplyDeleteOn my word - oh my word gasped Sandy -- how do you learn how to do something like this especially since my computer hates me!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere do I go to learn - and most of all - can I learn these techniques. I can hardly master my blog!!
Sandy xx
Learning digital art is a process but it sure helps to have mentors, some of the best out there are on YouTube. I use photoshop cs6, others use GIMP which is free (just google to find the program and download). I also purchase Photoshop Creative Magazine which has tremendous resources for teaching. Finally, good graphic elements are the key to a great collage, I recommend digital products offered by Deviant Scrap/Mischief Circus, the link to their site is in the upper left hand column of this blog. Learning digital collage is like any other art form, start with small goals and work your way up, otherwise you will become frustrated. If you are going to use Photoshop or GIMP learn how to master LAYERS, watch videos online in order to learn this most important aspect of digital collage. Good luck, and have fun!!
DeleteDo you sell your outstanding works?\

Hi Sandy, thank you for asking, but I do digital collages just as an expression of something I love. I don't sell them♥
DeleteFabulous - love it!
